I ordered a Bilton Mate and slicer as a gift for my boyfriend. He is from South Africa and was absolutely thrilled! The first Biltongmate arrived damaged damaged unfortunately, but a replacement was sent out immediately and arrived quickly with no damage. The slicer is very well crafted and super sharp. The Biltong maker is also great. It is very light weight, has a very clean appearance and the fan is quiet. We have made 2 bathches of Bilton and we love it out items.

Perfect addition to my BiltongMate!

Beautifully crafted biltong slicer. So sharp I can cut from super fine to thick. The catching try is super. My biltong goes straight from my biltongmate to the slicer to my stomach!
